Angel Lore ~ Anael is our December Angel of the Month

December is a month of jubilation! We recognize the brotherhood that exists among all people, kindled by the festivities of Christmas, Hannukah, and Kwanzaa. There's a magic in the air that's almost tangible ~ hands give freely, smiles radiate goodwill and cheer, the best in the human heart blossoms. The holiday celebrations make the month fly by! We're so busy, we may fail to notice how quickly night comes. Then, on the 21st, something wonderful happens. The Winter Solstice arrives, assuring us that though cold weeks await, every day will be filled with more light than the previous one. Perhaps "light" is the gift that December gives us ~ the light of love, the light of joy, the light of giving. We can unwrap the gifts of December anytime throughout the coming year, and Anael is always near to help us undo the ribbons!

Angel Lore ~ Adnachiel is our November Angel of the Month

November is a month of gratitude. The Thanksgiving holiday is its crowning glory, as families and friends gather to reflect on their material and spiritual abundance. We're so blessed, it's easy to overlook the many things we have to be thankful for ~ our health (and skilled medical care when we need it), our freedom, money enough (and charities to help us should we need a helping hand), our education, our ability to dream and work toward that dream, loved ones to laugh (and cry) with, glorious sunrises and sunsets, our beloved pets. Every life has its sorrows and frustrations ~ it wouldn't be living without them! But dwelling on our blessings can help diminish the effect of the storms we have to endure. As you drift off to sleep, make it a habit to count your blessings ~ you'll have a year of sweet dreams! When you're weathering a storm, call on Adnachiel to help you remember all that you have to be grateful for.
